Pioneer Group has signed an agreement with a Russian technology company Nettle, a resident of the innovation center “Skolkovo”, for the introduction of a unique development in the process of presenting their projects. The visualization system NettleBox is a flat screen, on which, using special 3D-glasses, you can see an absolutely realistic and three-dimensional model of a future building. Pioneer Group is the first development company in St. Petersburg which used such a technology in their work.
NettleBox system creates virtual holograms, which are as clear as classical models of houses and as interactive as 3D-models. Virtual holographic models offer great opportunities to manage the process of presentation. Using the touchpad you can navigate through the layout, zoom out to see the panorama of the area, or zoom in to go directly to the building and to consider all the details. Also, the system is controlled by a tablet and allows to explore floor by floor all the floor plans, visually compare the apartment layouts, see the already furnished interior and even appreciate the view from the window. Moreover, the layout is not just static – it shows the roads with moving vehicles, walking pedestrians, children playing on the playgrounds. NettleBox allows to demonstrate any lighting options: dynamic change of day and night, architectural lighting of the facades. On the individual units contextual information can be displayed: floor space, specifications and so on, which is very convenient for sales managers when dealing with clients.
“In an effort to use advanced technology in all work processes, we in Pioneer Group were interested in the NettleBox presentation system when it was demonstrated in Cannes at the international real estate exhibition MIPIM», – comments Denis Lola, marketing director Pioneer Group, St. Petersburg – “ In my opinion, the NettleBox holographic screen enables a fundamentally new approach to the presentation of a project. Our customers can see in detail what their future home and surrounding grounds will look like, choose an apartment and study its layout. The WOW-effect, which the system produces, is also noted by all the visitors to our office.”
“The NettleBox system has Russian roots only,” – says the Nettle CEO Andrei Desyatov, – “This start-up was founded by us in 2010, the technology was then developed from scratch, and now equipment is created on its basis. The technology is unique not only for Russia but for the world: we are negotiating with foreign partners to launch it on international markets.”
