Today, May 15, she began managing the Customer Service uniting the sales departments of residential and commercial real estate, the department of registration and the call center.
The new Sales Director has extensive experience in the real estate market. After graduating from the State University of Land Management with a degree in “Economics and Company Management (real estate operations)” and the German University of Applied Sciences Anhalt majoring in “Economics of real estate,” Diana Nilipovskaya had a career in Germany in an international commercial real estate management company – ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG. After returning to Russia she worked for more than two years as a consultant to the Knight Frank company.
The next step in Diana Nilipovskaya’s career is real estate development for a sector of «Basic Element» Group, where she worked for more than four years and participated in the implementation of projects for the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi in 2014 and the organization of their post-Olympic use.
The last two and a half years Diana Nilipovskaya held the position of the Commercial Director of “EXPERT” Group, which specializes in complex real estate development of areas in the Moscow region. Inter alia, she was responsible for the effective organization and sales management of residential and commercial real estate of the company’s units, construction and management of shopping centers.
