Pioneer Group, St. Petersburg division, took part in the 26th investment exhibition MIPIM-2015, which took place from 10 to 13 March in Cannes.
Pioneer Group announced construction of the second phase of the residential district LIFE-Primorsky in St. Petersburg, as well as presented a project for the development of the embankment along the Primorsky Avenue, developed jointly with the Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei. In addition, the developer announced their intention to continue actively developing the YE’S network of apartment hotels in Russia, including through the sale of franchises.
The first day of the business program was opened by the plenary discussion “Investing in construction and development in Russia: development of new economic realities”, which was attended by the Minister of Construction and Housing Mikhail Men and Vice-Governor of St. Petersburg Igor Albin. Yuri Grudin, CEO of Pioneer Group, St. Petersburg division, delivered a report “Improving the investment attractiveness of the two capitals in the new reality: proposals and the needs of investors.” In his speech, Yuri Grudin highlighted the importance of development of the rental housing market, including the format of apart-hotels.
