On August 17, 2015, Sberbank lowered the rates on major housing mortgage programmers by 0.5 percentage points.
This includes a reduced interest rate on the “Mortgage with state support” program for new buildings, from 17.08.15 it is 11.4% per annum in rubles on any loan term from 12 months to 30 years (inclusive).
The reduction also concerns the special offer for young families, which has an additional discount to the new rates of 0.5 percentage points, there is no extra charge on the registration of the mortgage, and the possible initial payment is 15% of the price of the purchased property.
The minimum rate on mortgage loans, together with the “Secure credit” option and the special offer for young families, is 12.5% per annum in rubles.
